Leadership in Stewardship

Do U know that the highest form of power is not in money but is in,"I am"? "I am" is the art of self-mastery in walking the path of God.

How would you define success?
The Quantities of money, possession, power and influence you have OR The Qualities of money, possession, power and influence you can create?

Quantities
Defines what you done (counting the harvesting of the fruit) It is limited.
Qualities
Defines who you are (generate manifestation of blessing) It is infinite.

Great Leadership derives from Great Stewardship. Mathew 4:4 Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'" We exercise God's word through stewardship.

What is embedded inside "I Am"Matthew 5:3-11

- curiosity (explore)
- humility (discovery made through mistake)
- sense of humor (feed your soul)
- integrity (focus)
- best effort (doing all with love and beauty)
- compassion (don't neglect your neighbor when too self absorb)
- generosity (don't be stingy)
- friendship (peace with everyone)
- a vicious cycle (turbulence in life)
- capacity building (constantly learning)
- significance (meaningful purpose)
- self revelation (self reflection)
- balance (moderation in all)
- patient (be the victim in order to truly understand)
- patience (perseverance)
- emotion tolerance (good emotion quotient)

Matthew 5:13 "You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again?
Matthew 5: 14 " You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.
Matthew 5: 16 In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.

Dear Heavenly Father,
For those who hear, let them have ears
For those who saw, let them have sight.
For those who seek, let them finds.

Song of Song 4:16 - Beloved
In Lord Jesus I prayed, Amen.
