Are You Fear Struck?

You have been Fear Struck if you are one of the following ....
- are terrified
- are lost
- are indecisive
- are deceived

- are being tortured
- are in denial
- are skeptic
- are in principle
- are battling

- OR have "I'm SURE"-confidence that you don't want to hear.

Don't know if you are infected? Read along anyway.

Practically, Fear and Anxiety is the cause of all problems; It's triggers your mind, your heart and creates impulsive action. Therefore, that's why FAITH is so important.

How FAITH can save you. There is a HIGHER POWER, the power that gives you energy, confidence, thoughts, idea, motivation, adrenaline, vision, inspiration, love, happiness, joy, freedom and a lot more. This is also known as the spirits that give you the keys to life.
SO, What is FAITH? Trusting and Believing.
Trust What? Trust that whatever happen, it's for the higher good.
Believe What? Believe that things will fall into place accordingly.
Does that mean sit there and do nothing? NO! I REPEAT, NO! DON'T DO THAT. This is just wasting your life away. Keep your eyes open, do whatever you can, clean, organize, Pray, do something. Clean with your heart, smell the clean and love it. See the organized and feel it. Wash away the dirt and enjoy it. Reconstruct, feel the re-charge; Stretch and relax - lay in bed and feel the comfort, renew physically, mentally and spiritually. Work with beauty and love, Relax with beauty and love. Do everything with beauty and love. Enjoy the moment of getting little things done. Appreciate the spirits that brings you good feeling. Be thankful.
Trusting & Believing is required to establish FAITH.

NOW, Let's talk about Letting Go; and Hand it Over. (Easier said than done)
Please Note: You must first learn to let go before you can move. When we are stoned, we are heavier than a mountain.
 PRAYER CAN HELP; ALL U NEED IS FAITH :) 

HOW TO PRAY?
Sit quietly, Close your eyes, Focus
1) Need a Holy name introduction (Dear God)
2) Talk to God. (tell him what is bothering you, how you feel, what you are looking for, etc.)
3) Thank you God, (be specific, what you are thanking for)
4) Need a Holy name closing (In God, I pray. Amen)
The best way to pray is to be simple and direct.
Novice prayer: use awareness in prayer.
Advance prayer: use holy spirit in your prayer.
Ultimate prayer: sacrificial dedication requires.
Now, Trust and Believe. 
Let Go and Hand it Over to God.
Do little task that make you feel better.
Pay attention, Be aware; Look for God's message; God talk in silence; Witness; Believe; Pay thanks to God. Once you have learned, you will see. It will be testified, not by others but by yourself. The more you witness, the better you become unshakable.

Matthew 6: 25 - (25)"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?

2Timothy 1:7 - For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of Self-discipline.

Matthew 7:13-14 - (13)"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. (14) But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for letting us understand that when one is in fear, they are as fragile as a dandelion.

They can not be hurry.
They can not load anything.
They can not be reason.
They can not....just can not ....."be".
Let the nine fruit of spirits heal the needs.
